Worthy of Worship
God is worthy of worship for various reasons, which are reflected in His eternal attributes and the unique relationship between humanity and Divinity. God's inherent qualities, actions, and the profound impact He has on human lives make Him infinitely deserving of our heartfelt and wholehearted worship!
Creator
God is the creator of the universe and all that exists within it. He brought everything into being from nothingness, displaying unmatched power and wisdom.
Love and Mercy
God's love and mercy are boundless. Despite human shortcomings and flaws, He continuously offers forgiveness, guidance, and redemption.
Omnipotence
God possesses unlimited power and authority. His ability to bring about change, perform miracles, and fulfill all promises underscores His worthiness of worship.
Omniscience
God is all-knowing, understanding the unspoken intentions and the depths of human hearts and minds. His wisdom surpasses human comprehension, making His guidance and teachings invaluable.
Perfection
God embodies perfection in every aspect. His attributes, such as justice, compassion, patience, kindness, and righteousness, serve as the ultimate standard for all morality and goodness.
Sustainer
God sustains the universe and all life within it. From the smallest organisms to the grandest celestial bodies, His providence ensures the continuation of all living and inanimate existence.
Salvation
God offers the promise of salvation and eternal life to those who believe in and follow Jesus Christ. His grace and mercy provide hope and purpose to humanity.
Unchanging Nature
God's character remains constant and unwavering. In a world of uncertainty, instability and change for the worse, His steadfastness offers stability and security.
Personal Connection
God desires a personal relationship with each individual, offering strength, guidance, comfort, and companionship through prayer and spiritual communion with Himself.
Worthy of Worship (Scriptures)
"Christ is exactly like God, who cannot be seen. He is the first-born Son, superior to all creation. Everything was created by Him, everything in heaven and on Earth, everything seen and unseen, including all forces and powers, and all rulers and authorities. All things were created by Jesus Christ, God's Son, and everything was made for Him. He was before all else, and by Him everything is held together."
Colossians 1:15-17

Worthy of Worship
When we fully understand the clear testimony and truth of Scripture found in the verses above- that Jesus Christ is the Creator and Sustainer of the entire universe- nothing less than gratitude and worship can flow out from our hearts and through our lips! We who are saved from eternal death by His complete and perfect sacrifice for us, realize Christ's greatness as the One who holds together and sustains the entire universe by His powerful word. He now sits enthroned at the right hand God- ruling and reining- in heaven. (Hebrews 1:3)
Our worship becomes focused when we recognize that Jesus Christ was and is GOD in the flesh, and in Him we live and move and have our being (Acts 17:28), and from Him we freely receive eternal life (Colossians 1:20). He alone is the true and living God, who created the earth and redeemed us (Genesis 5:1-2; Psalm 74:2; 107:2)
"The heavens proclaim God's glory. The skies display His craftsmanship." Psalm 19:1
Only the mighty Architect of the universe can fill and fulfill the human heart. Let's worship God, for He alone is worthy!
